Extreme Disorganization - It's Time to Get Organized!

There are many factors that contribute to extreme disorganization.
Physical, mental and emotional challenges , health issues, life changes, AD/HD, Traumatic Brain Injury, memory issues, and many more.
Living in today's world is so fast paced with modern technology at our fingertips - cell phones, laptops and the internet ongoing 24x7.
There's no down time. Gone are the 8am to 5pm working hours. People are busy all the time and their children are in many activities that they are busy too.
Who has time to organize when they are on the go all the time.
It's time to take a deep breathe and slow down!
Make a plan and set realistic goals.
Start getting organized in small steps, break it down into small sections.
Sort and categorize your stuff, paperwork and other items. It's a good way to see what is being accumulated.
Set up "homes" for everything, and everything needs a "home".
When you use items put them back immediately in their home. It takes seconds now to put away, if you wait until later then it takes minutes.
Have an ongoing donation box - put items in here daily and take once a week to your favorite charity.
Stop buying stuff and bringing stuff into your home. You make a decision every time something comes into the house. For everything that comes into the house, make sure the same amount goes out (new jeans come in, then donate an old pair).
Don't let stuff contol you - you need to control the stuff!
It's time to live your very best life - without all the clutter!
